By subscribing to Boulevard Community and participating in our offerings, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Subscription Purchases:

• Subscriptions for Boulevard Community can be purchased through our website or authorized partners.
• All subscription sales are final unless otherwise stated. Cancellations are permitted at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
• Boulevard reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, webinars, or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, subscribers will be notified and provided with alternative options.

Ticket Purchases:

• Tickets for Boulevard events can be purchased through our website or authorized ticketing partners.
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team here support@boulevardconference.com.
• Boulevard reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified, and options for refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Community Participation:

• People under 16 years old need to be accompanied by an adult for any in-person events. The community is not intended for children.
• Subscribers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without a refund.
• Subscribers are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and any other expenses incurred while participating in in-person events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property:

• All content within Boulevard Community, including but not limited to courses, webinars, and group chats, is protected by intellectual property laws. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior consent from Boulevard.
• Additional content (video and audio) may be captured during courses or events. When applicable, a recording notice will be provided. Any additional questions can be directed to the customer support team.
  

Privacy Policy:

• Boulevard respects the privacy of its subscribers and complies with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Liability:

• While Boulevard endeavors to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during Boulevard events.
• Guests attend Boulevard events at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
• Subscribers participate in Boulevard Community at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Modification of Terms:

• Boulevard reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of subscribers to review these terms periodically for any changes.
